TIM BRADACH RESUME

Tim Bradach began his career in purebred dogs by purchasing his first two miniature schnauzers in 1969. After learning to groom them, he found himself working as a pet groomer in salons in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Attending his first dog show, he became increasingly interested in the sport and soon entered one of his pets in a show. This dog became, in time, Can Ch Gough's Silver Von Bismarck, a multiple group placer in both The United States and Canada.

Mr Bradach realized he did not have the skills of the professional handlers he competed against and sought an apprenticeship with a handler specializing in terriers. He was accepted as an apprentice to All-breed handlers Robert and Susan Fisherr in Maryland. Susan was the daughter of Winifred Heckman, and internationally known dog show judge. The Fisher's number one client was Gene Simmonds of Handful Schnauzers & Terriers- a world renowned judge and breeder who boarded nearly two hundred dogs with Fishers. As kennel manager in charge of the care and grooming of these dogs and others owned by the Fishers aand their show clients, Tim learned the business the hard way.

He then moved to Florida to be the Kennel Manager for a boarding and grooming kennel. There, he also worked as Trainer for Tallahassee Security Dogs and trained more than two hundred dogs in obedience, protection and police work. He found himself attending 85 to 110 dog shows per year and continued for more thaan twenty years. He finished champions in many breeds, in all groups, but specialized in "wire-coated" breeds.

Mr Bradach bred and owned champions in all three sizes of schnauzerrs as well as Welsh Terriers, Smooth and Wire Fox Terriers, Norwich Terriers and Kuvasz. His main interest has been Giant Shnauzers, with as many as fifty Giants at a time in his kennel. He owned , finished and bred more than fifty champions of this breed, as well as exhibiting a great many more for others. He was the first and only person to finish champions in the rare"black & tan" color. It is one of these dogs Am. Can. Ch. Narnia Black-N-Tan Sheepstead that is depicted on the label of the herbal shampoo Mr Bradach has developed.

Tim Bradach has judged All-breed dog shows and is owner of Narnian Show Dog Products and president of Cold Wind Records, Inc.
